** ACRE TARN (onstage 10.00pm) is originally from the Lake District and, according to Noisey, dabbles in the same atmosphere-laden electronic soundscapes with glacial synths that you might expect from the pre-Art Angels Grimes. “It’s gorgeous, basically,” they say.

** GHOST SUNS (onstage 9.15pm) are a boy / girl electropop duo living in London Town. Theirs is a determinedly DIY live set-up which sonically harks back to the synth-ful halcyon ‘80s days of ZTT and Mute. In spite of this only being their second ever live show tonight is a launch party for their excellent new single ‘Cheers To Poison’, out on fierce panda on February 10th.

** DAKOTA POLLOCK (onstage 8.30pm) has made a notorious name for himself fronting up Tuscon punkstas Weird Womb. He plays an acoustic set tonight as part of a whistlestop trip to the UK.
