* OH MY TOASTED MUFFINS IT’S... DAY THREE OF PANDAMONIUM '17! *
* DESPERATE JOURNALIST CURATE A NIGHT OF MYSTICAL CREATION! *
* PURS + TEAR + FIGHTMILK BRING THE RAGGED INDIE NOISE… *
* …ON THURSDAY JANUARY 5TH 2017! *

It's as traditional as burst pipes, bulging waistlines and busted bank accounts, and it's heading back back back to kick off 2017. Every year fierce panda records joins furces with friends Club Fandango and Disorder Promotions to shake off the lost pine needles of Christmastime with a slew of new bands for the New Year under the Pandamonium banner.
Ipso facto, Pandamonium '17 runs from January 3rd to the 17th across various London venues featuring excellent acts with exquisite names like Coquin Migale, Easy Kill, ALMA, A Lily, Giant Party, Joey Fourr, National Service and Tall Tree 6ft Man and more, as you can see at www.clubfandango.co.uk/news.php?id=895 - retox, not detox? Oh, go on then...

Day Three sees feisty foursome Desperate Journalist step up to the plate by curating a night of chewy punka tunesmiths, and while they will not be playing live themselves, DJ will be indulging in some DJ antics through the evening. They kick off 2017 in fine style with the release of the ‘Resolution’ single on New Year’s Day, leading the way to the launch of their second album ‘Grow Up’ on March 24th and a headline show at The Scala on April 6th – see full pre-order and ticket details at www.desperatejournalist.co.uk

PURS (onstage 9.45pm) are five electro rockers from various part(ie)s of the world who currently reside in London and who caused a kerfuffle on the blogs with a fizzing cassette release on Blak Hand Records in November. www.facebook.com/pursband

TEAR (onstage 9.00pm) are two boys and two girls who’ve been described as “the authentic kind of rock’n’roll missing from modern music – think Teenage Jesus & The Jerks-era Lydia Lunch with a little bit of Courtney Love.” www.facebook.com/xxTEARxx

FIGHTMILK (onstage 8.15pm) are three boys and one girl from Uxbridge who’ve been causing ruffles on the underground recently and who make self-professed “sweaty pop for indie schmucks”. www.facebook.com/fightmilkisaband
