PLAZA (onstage 10.15pm) are four lads from Hartlepool in The North who have been defined as “small town dreamers with an edge”, as evinced by the terrific alt.pop shimmerings of their ‘Totem’ tune. Facebook
THE TRAPS (onstage 9.30pm) are four lads from Birmingham in the Middlinglands who make epic ‘80s-tinged tunes with shiny synths and glowering guitars, as evinced by their ‘Wild Escape’ album. Facebook
THRONES (onstage 8.45pm) is the musical project of Lonnie Storey and James Carragher. They combine a love for songwriting and production to create a unique and uplifting blend of indiepop. Facebook
