Jj Symon & The Rescue are a London based trio ‚Äòspecialising‚Äô in folk, punk, rhythm‚Äôn‚Äôblues music. Drawing influences from the Beat writers, Surrealist painters, contemporary film makers and the musicians of the 50′s and 60‚Äôs pop renaissance, JJ Symon & The Rescue reinterpret this mixed bag into a raw, direct and thrilling concoction of alternative rock‚Äôn'roll. With a respectful nod to artists Bob Dylan, Beck, Tom Waits and The White Stripes, JJ Symon & The Rescue have arrived to challenge some tired cliches and reinvigorate rock n roll with some old school values and some much needed post-punk attitude.
