The Dead Beggars Club
The Dead Beggars Club are a British indie rock band established in Newport. The band was formed by Matt Watkins and Matt Short after the break up of former projects; the duo began writing songs and performing together before discovering drummer Kieron Thomas and bassist Ben Mainwaring.
Drawing inspiration from the London Music Scene in the late 70’s and the punk and garage genres, they are currently working towards the release of their EP, 'Do or Die', set for release in May 2011.
