Kyla La Grange
Kyla La Grange writes songs about the things that really matter - songs about breaking up, songs about getting together, songs about life, songs about death. She was born in Essex to a Zimbabwean father and a South African mother, but grew up in Watford. She began playing music when she was five years-old, started her first band at thirteen, and resolved to do this for the rest of her life while studying philosophy at Cambridge University. After graduating, Kyla’s home demos found their way to Rollo Armstrong from Faithless who introduced her to producer Marky Bates. The three of them share production duties on Kyla’s debut album which is nearing completion.
