Sing-sing
Sing-sing are Lisa and Emma, joined onstage by Dom (guitar and backing vox) and Audrey (cello) to perform a selection of songs from their second album 'Sing-Sing and I', which they released via their website in the summer (available via general distribution in Jan '06). The set will be an acoustic take on this album and their previous one 'The Joy of Sing-Sing'. On 'Sing-Sing and I' O'Neill and Anderson, by sheer force of personality, have outstripped their musical pasts and created a glamorous, evocative sound with a solid pop base, rather than mood pieces with pop trappings. It ends up being even moodier for all the genuine heart and wit behind it.
