Three Children Of Fortune are 3 young lads who were described in a rather favourable Kerrang! review as 'displaying an intelligent catchiness reminicent of Placebo's early days, but loaded with added rock weight'. Organ magazine described them as 'a razor-sharp sensibility for primal guitar music' and 'raw as an Arctic gale and all the more thrilling for it.' The band take their cues from the likes of Sonic Youth, Pavement and Slint. Since a hive of live activity, including opening Download festival, the band have moved away from the live shows (erm, apart from this one) and into the studio to write new material for the forthcoming debut album due next year.
