Idrchitecture embrace, adore, celebrate and record the on-going absurdity of 'everyday life' in the present day. Much as human beings act with some respect towards, or acknowledgment of the people, rooms, buildings, cities and national customs they are surrounded by- we can only comment on what is right there in front of us. It is as much yours as it is ours. We use words, thousands of them which work together to create images in the listener's mind that hopefully form a cohesive picture. These images are laid over music which we create, painstakingly, using hundreds of ideas and smashing them all together over a few months to clean our brains up, only to start the process all over again. As the listener comes to terms with what he or she is likely facing, what seems outlandish or bold at first becomes ordinary, fitting and somehow appropriate. Like RyanAir. Or the threat of climate change. And if all that was meaningless; just expect dirty grime, pretty melodies and about 9 people dancing and shouting to some fun home-made, organically-grown, and eventually, 100% biodegradable music.
