Sad Season
Sad Season are impossible to pigeonhole, they may occupy a space somewhere between dark folk, punk rock and experimental trash, but its very much its own sound. Formed by mutual friends Mikee Goodman (ex-Sikth) and Tomasz as an acoustic project, it evolved slowly over years into the band it is now. They added violin, viola, bass and eventually drums. Tomasz moved to the electric guitar rather than acoustic, the band became a whole different and more savage beast. The new line up as well as Mikee and Tomasz, includes violinist Anna McInerney (ex-Bat For Lashes), bassist James Hunter (ex-Johnny Truant) and drummer Robin Mallon.
