Jersey Budd is inspired by his father's love of Dylan, Springsteen, Lou Reed, Cat Stevens, Paul Weller, and was also later captivated by Oasis. Jersey picked up a guitar as a teenager and taught himself to play, resulting in a collection of classically crafted songs, shaped by his peers, yet effortlessly his own; his unique voice, soul, and talent for a melody having led to Jersey being tipped as one to watch after only a handful of gigs, albeit supporting Kasabian, The Enemy, The Rifles and Hard Fi. Jersey is currently recording his debut album in Leicester after the instant sell out of his debut single in August.
