After The Fox
After The Fox write delicate songs and put them in the eye of a storm. Timeless psychedelia swarms amongst chiming guitars, searing violin and rich organ. Maintaining a delicate defiance that is rooted in the long lineage of English and American folk music, traditions collide and evolve behind Luke's evocative tales of love and adventure. The band of six comprises past and present members of Saint Joan (Camera Obscura), Seachange (Matador) and The Sound Movement (Truck). Formed at the end of 2006 from wonderful songs written by Luke and Tom, less than 6 months old, After the Fox have trucked their wares all across London, playing at the buffalo bar, the Spitz, Barden's Boudoir, the Betsey Trotwood, The Borderline and many others.
