The Lodger were formed in Leeds in June 2004. The NME has called them 'gloriously poppy' and early reviews of the single have commented on their 'gorgeous, sweet music with choruses that invade your head.' Playing their first gig in June 2004 with The Cribs and Kaiser Chiefs at Milo‚Äö?Ñ????ë?¬•s in Leeds, The Lodger have since gigged with upcoming bands such as The Long Blondes, ¬¨¬®¬¨?Forward, Russia!, The Research, Duels and Black Wire. Their demo of 3 songs was recorded in November 2004 and immediately sparked a flurry of interest in terms of great reviews, airplay in clubs and on radio, and label attention which has now led to the release of this limited edition 7in and another, part of Wrath Records' Super Sevens Series 2.
