Velvet Stream
Velvet Stream are a female-led pop/rock band from Fortismere in North London. Their music fuses solid pop hooks with influences from their New Wave idols Lene Lovich, Bow Wow Wow and Blondie. Their youtube channel has amassed over 100,000 hits and won them a number of industry fans, including David Bowie who featured their cover of 'Where Are We Now' on his website. Not only that, but Labrinth, Stooshe and Rob Da Bank have all tweeted links about their effervescent single 'Bitch'.
