Great Black Waters is the constant accumulation of songs, poems, fragments, night time escapades and morning rushes recorded by Bj??rn Magnusson at the Mass Tape Recording Studio deep in the Swiss Alps. With reclusive Italian synth scientist Zisch De Luca, American guitarist Tatum Rush as well as visionary drummer Tobias Sommer GBW has earned a reputation for their impulsive live shows, taking all these recording as some kind of raw material and turning them into bright blistering rock'n'roll music of floating synths, mellow guitars and heavy drumming. Recorded between 2009 and 2012, the debut album 'Songs For A Bath' is the first glance into the GBW Tape Archives filled with strange and nice recordings.
