Zerai
Zerai are a North London-based duo made up of Guyanese-Eritrean twins Zena and Rakel Zerai.
Although their live setup is basic (one guitar, one drum kit), their songs take more influence from the sounds of the likes of Wild Beasts and Radiohead than that of the White Stripes.
Intelligent and surprisingly intricate, their “ambient grunge” sensibilities have already piqued the attention of the likes of The Fly after just one live show.
