Foley Artist are a power trio that throw awkward syncopated 'indie vs post hardcore' grooves together with sly hooks and pop melodies to create a rousing and hearty noise. They take inspiration from and tip their collective hat to the likes of Reuben, Tubelord, The Mars Volta, Incubus & Glassjaw, among numerous other artists. They have been affectionately described by some of their contemporaries as 'The Fall of Troy kicking the Arctic Monkeys in the tits'. Having just put out The Gorgeous Dog EP, and a live performance video for the song 'Loretta D Brown', Foley Artist are looking to bring an energetic live show, an enthusiasm to make people dance and generally inane banter to as much of the UK (and the world) as possible. They can be found at the bar (bourbon and/or most lagers are fine, by the way) during most shows, be it their show or not.
