She's Hit
She's Hit formed in late 2008 when four high school friends discovered a mutual love of the Cramps while listening to a compilation album at a house party. 2010 was a good year for the band - they were featured in Artrocker magazine's 'New Blood' section, played supports for The Dead Weather, Thee Oh Sees, Crocodiles, Sons & Daughters and Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster, in October they released their debut single to positive reviews and in December they were named as one of 10 Scottish bands to watch by Drowned In Sound. The band have set-up their own label, RE:PEATER Records, in order to release their debut album, 'Pleasure', on June 6th. This release will be preceded by a single, Shimmer Shimmer, on May 23rd and they are also playing the Stag & Dagger festival in May.
