The Tiquettes are a young quartet hailing from Luxembourg but based in London. The band takes its musical eclecticism from the Swedish, Greek, Belgian, Luxembourgish, Bosnian, British, Finnish, French and American blood that flows through its veins. The Tiquettes could brag about having warmed up for Stereophonics or Vampire Weekend in Luxembourg, having played in Quentin Tarantino’s favorite club in Berlin or having shared a festival bill with Ben Harper. But they won’t brag... They’re nice boys! They are simply animated by the love of every blue note, of fuzz, of these Latin rythms, of the beautiful little details, and are passioned by sound, by heat, by the magic of emotion, by the sun, by landscapes, and by the poetry of mistery.
