The Vanity Clause
The Vanity Clause formed in a flat in Southend-on-sea in 2006, after bandmates Russ and Dave spent some time agonising over how to fight their way to the front of the over saturated local rock scene. They soon discovered their mutual love of early 80’s Electronic acts such as Depeche Mode, Ultravox, Fad Gadget and Human League, so set about changing their game plan by arming themselves with a bunch of old analogue synths and a Moog keytar.
