Paul Cook And The Chronicles formed in London in 2009 and consist of five slightly beardy and rough around the edges thirty-somethings. Paul and Tom were in former EMI-signees Brinkman, Ivor played guitar for the Divine Comedy. Julian is a producer and the band?جø¬?s multi-instrumentalist. The band has folk rock elements but a strong pop sensibility. Think Wilco, The Shins, Squeeze, Eels, Roy Orbison, Ron Sexsmith.
