Newislands
Newislands are a new five piece band from the UK. Formed in 2009, by Luke Shoesmith and David Jones, they make uplifting, anthemic rock music, citing influences such as Depeche Mode, Big Pink, Kings of Leon and Oasis. They aim to give people a powerful experience at their live shows, and aren't the kind of band to make excuses about what they do to people. This is real, energetic and soulful pop music.
