Herzoga was birthed in early 2007. Sooner rather than later their debut single é─˙Things to Sayé─¨ was released, which led to airplay from Steve Lamacq on Radio 1 and Radio 6, Huw Stephens and John Kennedy on XFM. Their second single, the double A-side of é─˙Nice Caré─¨ and é─˙Blood Schoolé─¨, gained airplay on Radio 1 and XFM, including John Hilcock making é─˙Nice Caré─¨ his favourite track for a bit. In March 2008, a panel of wise people at Radio 1 decided that the band should be one of a handful of up and coming acts to record a live session at Maida Vale for the stationé─˘s annual é─˙Introducingé─¨ feature. A year later the boys went back to Maida Vale for another Radio 1 session for Huw Stephens' show. Currently enjoying success with new release "Swetmores" , the trio are writing some new hot cuts and touring a provincial leisure centre near you... é─˙Like early Art Brut wrestling with a pub outing of psychiatristsé─¨ - Steve Lamacq. "Not a second is wasted on this crucial, inventive unit. New wave vox over Awful Sparksish quirkiness." Artrocker
