Boy Did Good
Boy Did Good are a four piece band from Reading who formed shortly after leaving school. After getting together in January 2006 and playing private parties, the band began writing and practising their music and in March 2007, the band started gigging properly. The band created a subtle mix of their favourite genres and artists, with influences ranging as wide as The Glenn Miller Orchestra swing band through to Metallica via Jurassic 5. A direct and enigmatic sound loaded with pop rock sensibilities soon emerged as the final product and provided a simultaneously diligent and entertaining platform for the band’s development. 2008 has seen the band complete their first studio recording, the 'Enemies & Friends' EP. Of late, the band’s sound has been likened to Arctic Monkeys, Biffy Clyro & Queens Of The Stone Age yet it would seem that they continue to surprise their regular audiences with every note and lyric they write.
