Mea Culpa reach fruition with their first full length release 'First to Ripen' - twelve tracks of heartfelt aggression and pain, capturing the united sense of purpose that these five men share in the making of noise swathed, heavy soundscapes. Mea Culpa have played around the UK, supporting the likes of Breather Resist, Pig Destroyer, Horse The Band, Throwdown and playing alongside such great up and coming UK bands as Meet Me In St Louis, Burning Skies, Patience Cleveland, Sika Redem, Ella, Shaped by Fate, Chariots, Symmetry, Azriel, Exit Ten and Devil Sold His Soul.
