Tom Clark
Tom Clark spent a number of years in local bands in the East London/Essex area. Tom felt gradually drawn to the role of solo artist. Being hugely influenced by Tim and Jeff Buckley, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Van Morrison and Nick Drake, it was only a matter of time before Tom made the break from the confines of a band environment and struck out on his own. He did so in April 2006, and found his voice as a solo artist during a busy 2 or 3 months on the acoustic open mic circuit in Soho, Camden and East London, experimenting with songs, ideas and approaches. What emerged was a unique blend of Tom‚Äö?Ñ?¥s own vocals along with his more obvious influences.
