Cosy Cosy
Cosy Cosy were one of the last bands to be lauded by the much missed John Peel. Scuzzy chords aided by a yelping mess of boy-gurl vocals a formidable arsenal of spring-loaded pop songs, each one bristling with sweet spine-chilling harmonies, taut and snapping drums and yeah-ooh-yeahs a-plenty. Shambolic garage indie has rarely been done better since the halcyon days when the Pastels and their ilk were the darlings of the indie scene. Following up airplay on Radio One and 6Music, Cosycosy bring the promo bandwagon of their recent single release on R*E*P*E*A*T Records to fair London Town.
