** FIERCE PANDA GETS TIPSY! **
** TWO LIVE SHOWS IN DALSTON COMING UP! **
So heading your way fierce panda has not one, not nine, but TWO shows in Dalston in the space of 28 sizzling summertime hours. On July 9th our monthly bambooozled night returns to the Shacklewell Arms with The Savage Nomads heading up a mightily melodic bill, while on the following night, July 10th, we make our debut at the Tipsy Bar on Stoke Newington Road with a night of joyful indie delights spearheaded by HAUS. THE SAVAGE NOMADS (onstage 10.00pm) are intense South London indiepups who are back from a creative hibernation which resulted in the creation of 25 new songs, several of which got a thoroughly breezy airing at their recent terrific Artrocker show in Hoxton. Mid-July will see the release of their 'Jaded Edges' single.

THE HORN THE HUNT (onstage 9.15pm) are a Leeds-based boy / girl duo who perform live with heavy synths, desert guitars and powerful vocals, and indeed have performed those sounds live with the likes of Crystal Fighters, Savages and Zola Jesus.
NATALIE MCCOOL (onstage 8.30pm) has accrued a wealth of acclaim from radio and media alike for her enthralling sonic panorama which nods at childhood influences such as Jeff Buckley, Cocteau Twins, PJ Harvey and The Stone Roses.
WEDNESDAY JULY 10TH

HAUS (onstage 10.00pm) are an alarmingly youthful London sextet peddling a jauntily juicy take on modern short-shirtsleeved indiemath pop.
CHEERIO SKYDIVER! (onstage 9.15pm) play fast, overdriven, highbrow yet elementary rock and roll. Think a mix of early REM, Beach Boys and Nirvana recorded onto a cassette Dictaphone, with a bit of social theory thrown in for good measure.
FELT TIP (onstage 8.30pm) are craftily agitated newcomers from London Town with wee excitable rushes of melody, a guitar which nods at the spiky ecstasy of XTC and a singer with a cheerifying air of classic Morrissey / Jarvis / Argos frontman stylings about him.
