VIDEOTAPES - 10.15PM A three-piece, Colchester-based, harmony-laced Folk Rock band. Since their formation, Daniel South (Guitar, Vocals), Sam Griffiths (Guitar, Vocals) and Steven Gamble (Drums, Vocals) have gigged and recorded meticulously to build a loyal following, and have been met with plenty of praise along the way: “Two lovely vocal styles, one high and gentle, one low and warm – and gorgeous gentle musicality” – For Folk’s Sake Magazine “Videotapes have created a type of folk rock that is unique; it’s surprisingly accessible for all tastes and preferences.” - hevypetal.com “Teenage acoustica… that’s so nice!” - Tom Robinson, BBC 6 Music “Indie chilled to the core. Videotapes offer summer melodies scattered with intimate vocals.” - Majick Music Group “The music is deceptive; superficially jaunty, fresh and light but in reality, underlining an intensity that becomes more apparent as you go deeper” - LP Project

THE ALL NEW ADVENTURES OF US - 9.30PM According to Rock Sound writer Mike Haydock, The All New Adventures Of Us are 'easily one of the most exciting indie bands in Britain right now. While they have a similar delicacy as Straylight Run, there really isn't anyone in the UK who sounds like them. The six-piece's debut EP shifts moods with abandon; the pianos and guitars chime, reinforced with violin trills and boy/girl vocals, building upwards... Tanaou are charmingly unpredictable, unravelling soul-bearing lyrics and paeans to love. They're literate but not over-indulgent. They're intelligent but not arrogant. They're brilliant and they're British. It's time to welcome Tanaou into your life as the perfect antodote to the Libertines/Franz Ferdinand-inspired apathy.'

HOWLIN' HOOTIN' OWLS - 8.45PM Howlin' Hootin Owls bring blues and boogie to shake yo booty, delicate acoustic finger picking to ease your mind, some chain gang whalin’ and a fair cut of rock 'n’ roll too.
