|DINGUS KHAN 'MADE A LIST' SINGLE LAUNCH @ SHACKLEWELL ARMS,
WEDS JULY 25TH
WITH BLACK DANIEL AND RADIALS.
DINGUS KHAN - Eight characters from Manningtree in Essex. They feature three drummers, three bass players and sometimes one baseball bat hitting a beer keg. With whistling. And choreography. Sounds fun enough already, but when they throw out a bucket-load of dementedly catchy tunes wrapped up in a turbocharged blast of prog-punk guitars you’ll find yourself offering them a single deal on the spot. Which is exactly what Label Fandango did! 'Knifey Spoony’ came out in March and now 'Made A List' will be out Monday 23rd July through Fierce Panda.
They recently performed a BBC Radio 6 Music session for Steve Lamacq and you can listen/watch bits of it HERE.
LondOnTheInside's current band of the month!
A "must-see" at Latitude.

BLACK DANIEL -
They make the sort of bombastic sludge rock which is never not fun. Thing is, it’s hard to pull this sort of thing off – because these dark Daniels really do sound like the sort of dirty-haired naughties who’d squawk ‘Daaaaaang, girl!’ at you, should you take their fancy. To listen to it is to have some Wild Turkey slopped in your face by someone who wants to wind you up precisely so that they might catch you off guard; whereupon they would lick it off your face while smirking to themselves.
RADIALS - Three people; one guitar, one bass and a silver drum kit, played in order to make energetic, melodic, electric music. That's Radials. Bonding over a shared love of riffs and rhythm, we started playing music in late 2011 and have already recorded an four song EP, and are in the process of organising a UK tour. We all live in London. We have Al on bass, Matty on guitar and Sarah, who sings and plays the drums.
