We're teaming up with Oxfordian promotions team du jour PinDrop Performances for a new monthly night*, bringing the best bands of Oxford's ever thriving music scene to the capital... Having previously brought to Oxford such legends as CocoRosie, Patti Smith, Silver Mt Zion, Hauchka, Davy Graham as well as championing such rising/risen Oxon stars as Trophy Wife, Stornoway, Spring Offensive and Chad Valley PinDrop are well positioned to bring the very best of up and coming talent in Oxford to the big smoke. The Best of Oxford will take place at the Buffalo Bar last Tuesday of the month...
DJing between bands will be PinDrop DJs and all sorts of exciting guests...
The first show will feature The Family Machines, Count Drachma and The Cooling Pearls on 29th May... We'll then resume monthly in September.
