MUSICOSITY in association with Club Fandango and WEGOTTICKETS is launching a new live music night at the Bull and Gate every first Wednesday of the month.
"Each month we’ll be promoting ‘featured’ independent artists, who will be the top picks from our programmers and writers. Online and in our magazine we’ll have exclusive interviews, audio, photos, blogs and more. All attendees and reviewers will have the opportunity to join the rewards program and earn towards future shows.
MUSICOSITY is all about supporting live music, and providing opportunities for artists to get discovered by new audiences. Across our live music search engine, rewards program, magazine and live events, MUSICOSITY aims to encourage audiences try something new, and keep coming back for more."

Yorkshire-based FRENETICS’ sound is an assault on the senses incorporating elements of punk, Britpop and classic rock and roll. Classifiable as anything from trouble-makers and jack the lads to musical visionaries for the 21st century, they represent a welcome tonic with which to sooth the rise of the New Boring in UK pop music. You can expect to find them dressed in black and white casually causing chaos in a venue near you.

A duo with three members abusing all the best bits of grunge, pop and electronica. NME heralded them as "deft puppet-masters of indie" and Artrocker decribed them as "resolutely lo-fi, DIY, rough around the edges and all the better for it". In early 2009 The Woe Betides released their limited-edition debut EP Play Dead to critical acclaim, followed by the singles 'NatWest Tower' and 'Sylvia'. Their debut album 'Never Sleep' is out on 25th October.
