ROYAL TREATMENT PLANT - 10.15PM www.myspace.com/royaltreatmentplant Royal Treatment Plant premieres their upcoming second album ‚ÄòHalfway To The Sun‚Äô - follow-up to acclaimed avant-rock debut 'Hope is Not Enough'. The classically trained London-based five-piece, led by Australian singer/guitarist Paula Steel, shone at In The City, Camden Crawl and on bills with Marina & The Diamonds, Micachu, Young Knives & Los Camposinos! before signing to Universal for Australia in 2009 and now Tip Top. The new record beautifully showcases RTP‚Äôs intricate songwriting and special musicianship. In 2011 RTP performed at SXSW, has the title track to Channel 4's On Track and charted heavily at Amazing Radio before being chosen as their Artist of the Week.

BLUE ON BLUE - 09.30PM www.myspace.com/blueonbluepop Releasing their feverishly awaited debut four-track EP on Tip Top this Autumn London duo Blue On Blue has already supported the Charlatans on their recent UK Tour, as Tim Burgess‚Äô favorite new band, and grabbed the attention of fans and critics with stripped down ethereal shoe-gaze and novel mind-bending beats. Dee Sada (An Experiment On A Bird In The Air Pump) and Billy Trivial bring dreamy daytime darkness and wide-eyed odes to all night parties.

JACK ROBERTS - 08.45PM www.myspace.com/jackrobertsliverpool Jack Roberts has drawn comparison to Tom Waits, Barry Adamson & Leonard Cohen with growling vocals, raucous punk epics and subtle folk-blues. Liverpool‚Äôs musical maverick is back with his anticipated third album ‚ÄòThe Romance, The Row, The Wreck‚Äô. Having played Glastonbury, The Royal Albert Hall, Echo Arena and tour supports for the likes of Crash Test Dummies, Robyn Hitchcock, Jah Wobble, Tragically Hip, The Christians, Nick Harper and Son Of Dave, Roberts is now known for spellbinding avant-garde performances. New single ‚ÄòHeart Attack‚Äô is a blasting introduction to the new album that is built upon left field energy and curious storytelling full of the contradiction of wit and pain.

THE BRITISH PUBLIC - 08.00PM www.myspace.com/thebritishpublic Slacker rock is back with a heavy dose of satire; endless irresistible hooks; words that catch fast in your head; and walls of heavy grunge-fuelled guitars. One of Cambridge‚Äôs most promising new bands, with fans including Stephen Adams (Broken Family Band), the group is a celebration of British peculiarity in all its guises through the medium of perfect, quirky rock. Following the success of debut singles Breasts/Bears and Bloodsports which drew heavy support from Itunes and radio‚Äôs new music gurus Steve Lamacq, Gideon Coe, Maconie & Radcliffe, John Hillcock (BBC 6 Music), John Kennedy (XFM), this is BP‚Äôs first London show in anticipation of their upcoming debut album.
