Rich Fulcher, one of the stars of The Mighty Boosh, Snuff Box and his recent stage show ‘Eleanor, the Tour Whore’ is fronting a brand new comedy night beginning 2 October at The Bull and Gate in Kentish Town, London. The show will run consecutively on the first Saturday of every month and tickets for opening night available here

Entitled, ‘Saturday Night Fulchfest’, Fulcher guarantees the evening will be both ‘irreverant and unusual’.In addition to top standups, the show will regularly feature a two piece back-up band entitled ‘Someone Anyone” to accompany Rich on his musical meanderings. ‘The Rich Fulcher Players” a select band of comedy mavericks will perform a variety of skeetches and skootches with Rich on the night. Each Fulchfest will close out with a set from an up-and-coming band.

Guests for the debut night include Steve Oram, Brian Gittins, Arnab Chanda, the Amazing Crakow and the cult band “Trash Money”.

“This is not your average comedy night”, Rich adds to himself, “I want to create the feeling that you never know what to expect – radio gravy!—see?” Rich was soon whisked away into a steamed van after his comments.

As some of you may know, The Bull and Gate has just been re-launched by Club Fandango. The venue has a long history of putting on and discovering great bands but long before the band’s arrived the Bull And Gate was a legendary theatre and comedy venue.
