The Sailplanes recall scrappy yet ambitious art-pop like Life Without Buildings, Electrelane and The Raincoats. Relocating back to London from Berlin, and bringing with them some of that city's coldness and desolate edge, The Sailplanes have toned-down the abrasive sounds of their first album to produce an altogether more accessible proposition.
