The Rebecas
The Rebecas are a male/female-fronted London-based 7-piece playing material influenced by Nick Cave/Pavement/Sonic Youth and Bacharach. Formed in the summer of 2004, The Rebecas are a real international affair with members from the UK, EIRE, Spain and Korea. They have been described as 'the Lightening Seeds with balls' and 'Beck but better'. Strong songs containing evan stronger melodies make The Rebecas definitely ones to watch in 2006.
