Sabotage Left
Sabotage Left were formed by brothers Joshua and Oliver Craddock through a mutual love of At the Drive-In, My Bloody Valentine and Elliot Smith. After a history of going through as many drummers as Nirvana, they met Damon by pure chance at their last gig with their previous drummer! After a few short sessions together it wasn’t too long before he was asked to join. Intense adrenaline fuelled shows have earnt Sabotage Left a fierce live reputation in and around Birmingham and they’ve even managed to pick up fans such as Nine Black Alps who later asked them to support them at London’s Astoria. This show bought the band to the attention of the national press, including a piece on the band in Big Cheese magazine describing them as “Disturbingly exciting” and also a piece in The Fly saying “This is the band Johnny Borrell would sell more than just his ass to be like...This band is fantastic...” Recently the band have been working with producer Gavin Mohagen who is responsible for recent successes with Editors, Scott Matthews and The Twang. The band have also been picked up by Radio One DJ Steve Lamacq who featured the band as his demo of the week on his “In New Music We Trust” show describing them as “like something an early Idlewild would have thrashed there way through but with massive chorus’"
