The Half Rabbits
The Half Rabbits are a two boy/two girl band from Oxford, and have been described as 'one of the best Oxford bands of the decade'. Their sound is likened to numerous dark, intelligent art-rock bands spanning the last four decades, including Joy Division, The Smashing Pumpkins, 1970s Bowie, Muse, Interpol and The Doors. Their unique and complex sound has led several commentators to remark that 'there just isn't another band in the UK that sounds like The Half Rabbits'. They have recently featured several times on the BBC and MTV, as well as on several compilations. Their debut album is due out early in 2010.
