Dirty Goods make electronic-infused music, with a sound that calls upon the vocal styling of Prince, mixed up with the synth-led sounds of Chromeo and MSTRKRFT.
Having signed with Necessary Records in the sumer of 2010, the band have been busy recording their debut album. Last year was busy for Dirty Goods, playing gigs all over the UK and even venturing into France and the United States. Continued introducing radio support helped build a following along with sync placements of their song ‘Honest’ on Hollyoaks and Eastenders E20. 2011 shows no signs of slowing up, in fact quite the opposite as Dirty Goods are currently building up to a series of summer releases and are enjoying getting out there and playing live gigs. Expect an abundance of energy and infectious songs from these lads from Newport.
