Parking Offence orginates from a joke made on a rainy Sunday evening in a pub called the Head of Steam in Newcastle. Since then the band has grown shrunk grown, going from 2 piece bass and drums to a 4 piece with clarinet, hand percussion and girlboy vocal harmonies. With a mission to make music that is original.
