Ariel X
Ariel X are a London four-piece who formed in the summer of 2003, united by a healthy disdain for the current crop of slavishly retro bands. They deliver a brand of new-wave rock that combines the energy and sloganeering reminiscent of the early Manics, the melodic sensibilities of the Smashing Pumpkins and the abrasion of PJ Harvey. Debut single 'Mute' is out May 10th.
