Toodar
Toodar are a five-piece fronted by Tom Grundy and are based in London. They released their debut EP ‘White Elephant’ in 2009 featuring the single Toy, described as “bubbling understated acoustic electronica as if Sufjan Stevens was a Londoner, gorgeous song writing and guitar 10/10” by Tom Robinson of BBC Introducing. Their second EP is currently being recorded and will be available soon. “The instrumentation is vast, as they wrap their talented chops around accordions, xylophones, guitar, organs lacing it with controlled, complimenting electronic beats and soft, enveloping vocals."
