The Swing Movement
The Swing Movement formed in September 2006, on the brow of Ilkley Moor, out the ashes of many juvenile projects, taking their name from a Nazi resistance movement and their sound from Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, The Velvet Underground and Nine Simone, without ever really sounding like any of them. Gamble and Walker have been friends since birth, Borett and Wanzala still arent friends however since their inception endless hours have been spent together in playrooms, lofts and basements finely crafting what they hope can be considered a sound.
