Sir Yes Sir are from Manchester via Runcorn and Reading. R+RxM=SYS. They are new to this kind of thing and keep it simple, probably because they don't know what they are doing. The band has been alive since the glorious late summer '05, playing lo-fi pop influenced by Pavement, The Fall, Mclusky and many more. They're set to release a split 7'' this year on a brand new label and you can also find them on a couple of compilation albums, such as the one released by Popcult featuring Los Campesinos.
