Count Fisher
Count Fisher had their seeds sown when Maximillian and Joshua met at a masked party on a fine autumnal evening. Having decided to form a band, they stepped outside into the moonlit garden for a cigarette and some fresh air. As they were discussing foreign policy, some reflective jazzy tones sauntered out of a nearby bush. Upon inspection, the bush turned out to be Francis, drunk and composing music, away from the party. His song was one of such beauty and elegance that Maximillian and Joshua immediately stopped their musings on the Arab-Israeli conflict and asked him to join them on their musical expedition. At about that time, the weather took a turn for the worse, and they all went indoors, back towards the party. As they walked over to the drinks table, they glanced up to the top of the winding staircase, where there stood a man with a top hat and beard, smiling down at them, battered double-bass in hand. This was James. None of them knew it at that moment, but James would also go on to join the band, delighting all with his unrivalled bass playing and beard growing. Together, these young chaps call themselves Count Fisher. Their minds are sharp and their tongues exceedingly melodic. The music is cheeky, frivolous, and fun. So have a listen to it, see what you think. If you like it, come on down to a Count Fisher gig, they're pretty fun. Let it be known that they may use a half-Windsor knot, but these boys know how to have a good time...
